District I
The Ohio Federation of Music Clubs District I covers the Northeast part of Ohio, including the metropolitan areas of Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown. District I covers Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties.

The Ohio Federation of Music Clubs District II covers the Southeast part of Ohio. District II covers Athens, Belmont, Fairfield, Franklin, Gallia, Guernsey, Hocking, Jackson, Lawrence, Licking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingham, Noble, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto, Winton, and Washington counties.

District III covers Adams, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Fayette, Green, Hamilton, Highland, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, and Warren counties.
